The Cart is the same concept used by just about all Internet websites for shopping online.
It is your own personal temporary storage place where you collect a list of all the games you wish to play when you place your order.
Your Cart can contain one game or several different games, depending on what you want to play. The important concept to understand is that you will want to place all of the games you wish to play in your Cart before proceeding to Checkout.
The Checkout process is where you pay for all of the games in your Cart. You provide your name, contact information, billing address, and credit card details.
After Checkout is complete, all of the games in your Cart are processed, and the games are then officially in play.
If you do not complete the Checkout, the items stay in your Cart, and they do not get put into play. Therefore, it is important to remember to Checkout as your last step.
Fortuantely, each step along the way there are buttons clearly labeled to guide you to the next step, and make you aware of your options each step of the way.
Other Cart Information
- The Cart requires the use of cookies on your Internet browser. If cookies are disabled, then your Cart will not function properly. Instructions for enabling cookies by browser type: Microsoft IE, Firefox, Netscape, Opera.
- Your Cart contents will last for one week, as long as you don't clear the cookies on your computer. However, any game that remains in your Cart past the order cutoff date/time will automatically be removed (you will see a message notifying you that it was removed).
- If you login to your account while items are in your Cart, those items will be saved in permanent Cart storage, and will survive if you clear your browser's cookies. You must be logged in to access those permanently stored items. However, those permanently stored Cart items will be automatically removed if they remain past the games' order cutoff date/time.
- If there are any items in your Cart, you will see a small indication of the number of items in your Cart just below the "Lottery Super Store" label on the page. Click that indicator to view the items in your Cart.
Every customer who places an order at Betslips.com gets their own account.
Your account is the way we keep track of what orders you have placed, your contact information (in case we need to get in touch with you), a list of your winning tickets, and the balance of prize money that your winning tickets have produced.
By maintaining an account, any orders you place after your first order can be completed very quickly, because we already have almost all the information we need to process your order.
We use your e-mail address as your unique username, and you'll also create a secret password to protect your information, and so that you can login and gain access to your account information.
Note: Because your e-mail address is central to the account management process, it is vital that you enter a valid, working e-mail address. You should use your primary e-mail address, rather than a "free" e-mail address such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Excite, etc.
Also, be sure to set your e-mail spam settings to allow all e-mails from Betslips.com to pass through the spam filter. Otherwise you may find that your e-mails get lost in a "bulk mail" folder.
Other Account Information
- If you have an account balanace from past prize money in your account when you Checkout, it will automatically be applied to that order.
- If your account balance becomes greater than $45, you may withdraw it by contacting us.
- Clicking My Account on the primary menu bar gives you access to your account information and options such as changing your password.
Creating an account at Betslips.com is very simple, and is integrated into the process of placing your first order.
To create an account, start by placing one or more games you wish to play in your Cart.
Then, when you choose the option to Checkout, you will see the login page. On the login page there is a button labeled "Register", which you click to create your account.
The Register page simply asks for your e-mail address and the password of your choice (which you enter twice for verification purposes). When you complete that page, Checkout proceeds normally.
After your account is registered, each time you come back and place another order, you login instead of clicking Register.
Note: Because your e-mail address is central to the account management process, it is vital that you enter a valid, working e-mail address. You should use your primary e-mail address, rather than a "free" e-mail address such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Excite, etc.
Forgot your password?
Just click "Login", and then click the link marked "Send Password Reminder".
You can modify the information in your account at any time. To do so, click My Account in the primary menu bar, and then login using your e-mail address and password.
Information that can be changed includes:
- Name and address
- Phone number
- Password
In addition, you may change your name, address, and phone number during the Checkout process. Any changes made during Checkout will be saved permanently.
You can view your entire history of past orders by clicking My Account in the primary menu bar.
When the My Account page opens, click the View Orders button.
You can view all of your past winning tickets by clicking My Account in the primary menu bar.
When the My Account page opens, click the Winning Tickets button.
You can view all of the transactions in your Betslips.com online account, similar to a bank statement, with a running balance.
First, click My Account in the primary menu bar, and then when the My Account page opens, click the Transactions button.
The account transactions are listed in reverse order, with the most recent transaction at the top.
Debit transactions, which appear with red numbers, occur when you place an order and some or all of the cost is deducted from funds that were in your account at the time.
Credit transactions occur when you win a prize and we deposit the prize into your online account.
Adjustment transactions are entered by the Betslips.com Customer Service, and the Notes area will contain the reason for the transaction.
To replay a previous order, you first find the previous order by clicking My Account in the primary menu bar, and then clicking the Past Orders button.
When you find the order that you wish to play again, click the Replay This Order link next to the order.
When you click that link, the order will be placed in your Cart, with same numbers selected for the next upcoming drawing of each game in the order. Like any order, you have the option of adding or removing games to/from your Cart before checking out.
We provide the past drawing results for all the games we offer on our website. The results are shown in a number of places:
- The latest available results for all of the jackpot lotto games we offer can be found on the right side of every page on our website.
- You can view the latest available results for every game we offer by clicking Latest Results in the primary menu bar.
- You can view the past results for any game by clicking Latest Results in the primary menu bar, and then clicking on the game you wish to view past results for.
Results for games are normally posted by 2:00am USA Pacific Time (Los Angeles) for the previous evening.
We provide a record of all the past prize amounts for all of the games we offer.
To see the prize amounts for all of the current drawings of each game, click Latest Results in the primary menu bar, and then click the Prizes button next to the game you wish to view the prizes for.
To see the prize amounts for a past drawing, click the More button next to the game, and then click the Prizes button next to the drawing you wish to view the prizes for.
For the game rules, prizes and odds for any game we offer, click Latest Results in the primary menu bar, and then click the game name that you wish to view the information for.
In addition, you may find more information about the Numbers games by clicking Home in the primary menu bar, and then clicking the More Info... button next to the Numbers game you wish to view the information for.
